Team Building at Top Golf Glasgow

Last month the Aspen Solutions team came together for a fantastic social event at Top Golf. It was brilliant to have everyone under one roof, enjoying time away from the office while celebrating how far we’ve come as a company.

Events like this remind us of the strength of our team culture and the exciting journey we’re all on together. Our Managing Director, Paul Harkins, reflected on our growth over the last two years, noting that our last event at Top Golf in 2023 only needed two booths. Last month the team party dominated the venue as our team has grown so much  – a simple but powerful reminder of the progress we’ve made. This growth isn’t just about numbers, it’s about ambition, resilience, and the shared vision that drives Aspen Solutions forward.

The evening also gave us a chance to look ahead. With big changes on the horizon, we’re preparing for the next chapter in Aspen Solutions – one filled with new opportunities and continued success. 

This way of working gives us the structure and focus to scale sustainably while keeping our culture strong. It was an excellent evening out and enjoyed by all the team. It’s safe to say the future at Aspen Solutions looks every bit as exciting as the present!
