Event Hire
01We are uniquely placed to offer a flexible approach to ensure the correct equipment is on site on time and running for the whole of your event. Over the past few years we have worked on events as large as the BBC at Edinburgh Festival, COP26, The Open Golf, TRNSMT Festivals, plus many more concerts across the country. We have considerable experience in providing a flexible offering for your event needs.
Our Event Hire offerings include:

- Spare toner and local support to keep devices running
- Onsite cover for the period of the rental
- Flexible invoicing and credit terms for producers and event companies.

02As a Mono-Branded partner, we supply only Canon print solutions and have access to exclusive deals on pricing compared to our multi-branded competitors.
This means:
- We are real product experts as our sales and service training is focused on Canon Devices
- Our stock focuses on Canon, ensuring minimum downtime on our supported devices
- We only use Original Manufacturer Toner and Parts

Automated ProActive Service
04Our automated remote monitoring software means we automatically replenish toner and collect your readings. Requiring less manual intervention from your staff end allowing your business to run more efficiently.
- Automatic Toner Replenishment – toner is sent before you realise you are even low.
- Automatic Meter Reads – Our billings system pulls the readings from the devices removing human error and eradicating the monthly call to report meter readings.
- Preventative maintenance – Our helpdesk monitors your devices ensuring the engineers arrive on site with the correct parts to provide a first time fix.
- We have automated our support so your staff don’t have to carry out any mundane non-chargeable tasks!
