Employees Recognised for our Core Values

With the first working week almost completed for 2026, we had a company-wide meeting today to look at our plans for quarter one and the year ahead. In advance of this, everyone nominated a colleague that best represents our core values!
After an excellent planning session and team lunch, the final recognised employees were announced. Not only were they praised for doing great work, they all received gift vouchers too.
What was really great about the session was that it came from all the team members recognising each other – not from management.
