Wednesday 24 December – Friday 26 December 2025: Closed
(Emergency out-of-hours support only)

Monday 29 December – Wednesday 31 December 2025: Normal operating hours
(IT & Print Support Teams only)

Thursday 1 January 2026: Closed
(Emergency out-of-hours support only)

Friday 2 January 2026: Open
(IT Support Team only)

From Monday 5 January 2026 onwards:
Normal operating hours resume from 8:30am

24/7 Support Customers
For customers with a 24/7 support agreement, your service remains fully operational and uninterrupted throughout the entire festive period.
Our on-call engineers will continue to monitor and respond as normal.
