Cadence founders, John Dougan and Malcolm MacLennan, both have vast experience of the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector. The 2 had worked together before they took the plunge in 2022 to start their own call centre.
Aspen Solutions were involved with Cadence from inception and built their infrastructure around the Microsoft suite of office products. This allowed the business to scale quickly and we have provided IT Support, telephony and all their IT hardware to support their growth.
